2025 Trunk or Treat Volunteer Form

Trunk or Treat will be Sunday, October 26 from 4-6pm. We need volunteers in several areas to assist in making sure that our guests are well taken care of and welcomed.

Registration – Help families get checked in and provide them with a bag for Trunk or Treating.

Candy Runner – Distribute candy to trunk hosts and refill their stock throughout the event.

Food Serving – Help prepare and distribute food for our Trunk or Treat guests.

Preschool Pumpkin Patch - Help manage the pumpkin patch in the Preschool playground.

Inflatables & Activities - Oversee and manage in the Student Center where there will be inflatables and various activities. 

 

Setup – Arrive early to help get everything set up for the event. 2-3:45pm

Tear-Down – Stay a little longer to help take everything down and store it safely inside. 6-7pm (approximately)

Details about your final assignment will be sent out closer to the event date from the area leader. You can feel free to sign up for as many areas as you would be comfortable serving and we will assign you based on needs. If you are serving in an area and can still help with setup and/or tear-down, please select both.
